Ter
conhecimento sobre como se comporta o consumidor é parte crucial para o
desenvolvimento de boas estratégias de comunicação, marketing, vendas e
fidelização dos clientes em qualquer empresa – e, claro, com o SUPERA isso não
é diferente.
Com o
objetivo de fortalecer ainda mais o conhecimento para a criação de conteúdos e
campanhas assertivas, bem como abordagem de vendas feita pelas equipes
especializadas da rede SUPERA, o departamento de Comunicação e Marketing
do Franqueador SUPERA desenvolveu uma pesquisa sobre GERAÇÕES – dos Baby
Boomers à Geração Alpha – para auxiliar a rede.
A
pesquisa foi desenvolvida internamente nos últimos 5 meses, desde a definição
dos objetivos, a aplicação e mensuração dos resultados, e contou muita
dedicação e esforço por parte do time responsável. O estudo foi finalizado na
última semana e lançado durante a Convenção Nacional do SUPERA 2021.
É
importante lembrar, antes de continuar falando sobre a importância que o estudo
possui e em quais momentos ele deve ser utilizado, que todas as informações
contidas são confidenciais e só devem ser compartilhadas com pessoas que fazem
parte dos times internos do SUPERA, pois trata-se de um estudo de inteligência
de mercado.
Não compartilhem com agências de marketing, consultores ou
outros tipos de parceiros.

vamos lá! Neste conteúdo, você vai ver:

Antes
de mais nada, precisamos entender sobre o assunto do qual vamos tratar. Afinal,
o que são as gerações?
Nos
estudos mais recentes, as gerações estão divididas como:
- Geração Baby Boomers: nascidos entre 1945 e
1980 (atualmente com 60 a 80 anos);
- Geração X: nascidos entre 1960 e 1980
(atualmente com 40 a 60 anos);
- Geração Y: (conhecida também como a Geração dos Millennials):
nascidos entre 1980 e 1995 (atualmente com 25 a 40 anos);
- Geração Z: nascidos entre 1995 e 2010
(atualmente com 10 a 25 anos);
- Geração Alpha: nascidos a partir de 2010
(atualmente com até 10 anos).
As
diferentes gerações são compreendidas cronologicamente e, além disso, marcadas
por costumes e comportamentos que são acentuados em determinadas épocas e
acabam sendo comuns para os indivíduos que existem nela.
De
modo geral, compreender quais são os aspectos de cada uma delas, é decisivo
para a tomada de decisão nas diferentes esferas de uma empresa. Aqui, mais
especificamente, vamos focar na necessidade da compreensão desses conceitos
para fortalecer o discurso da marca perante o público-alvo.
Entender
os pormenores e as singularidades de cada uma das gerações é, também,
compreender suas fontes e hábitos de consumo, suas prioridades e traços
importantes de personalidade, pois tudo isso interfere na hora de decidir
escolher por um produto ou serviço.
E isso
nos leva a perceber a importância de pensar de forma macro, isto é, analisando
não só pequenos detalhes de cada tipo de público-alvo ou persona, mas
sim garantir inovação e aprimoramento de processos para se destacar dentro do
mercado.
Em
termos de marketing e comunicação, então, isso se faz ainda mais
importante, porque é preciso desenvolver objetivos específicos para cada
público-alvo, bem como suas estratégias e táticas para alcançá-los.
O
estudo feito internamente pelo Franqueado SUPERA foi baseado em uma pesquisa
quantitativa para entender o poder de consumo, hábitos e comportamentos das
gerações pertencidas pelos alunos dentro da rede SUPERA.
Foram
aplicadas as pesquisas Critério Brasil, que esmiúça detalhes sobre poder
de consumo; VALS, que é uma pesquisa para analisar aspectos
psicográficos – que ajuda a entender informações mais específicas relacionadas
aos perfis dos clientes no que tange seu estilo de vida, valores e atitudes – e
ainda outras perguntas qualitativas para compreender a percepção desses
clientes sobre o SUPERA - Ginástica para o Cérebro.
Os resultados
foram obtidos após a análise de 936 respostas, no geral. Depois, todas as
respostas foram separadas e agrupadas nas gerações das quais cada um pertence
e, então, foram analisadas as respostas relacionadas ao poder de consumo (Critério
Brasil) e estilo de vida (VALS).
Algumas
perguntas, em meio a todas as 963, foram respondidas por pessoas que
MATRICULARAM pais, filhos, avós e outros agregados no SUPERA - isto é, não
alunos, porém decisores de compra, também foram solicitados, mas tiveram suas
respostas separadas dos demais para serem analisadas posteriormente.
Ao
final, a base de dados brutos para desenvolver o Estudo de Gerações, contou com
793 respostas.
Para o
estudioso de mercado e marketing, Philip Kotler, entender as
gerações é perceber os diferentes aspectos: culturais, sociais, pessoais e
psicológicos dos indivíduos, porque, baseado nesses fatores, é possível definir
estratégias assertivas.
Partindo
dessa premissa, o estudo desenvolvido tem como foco principal entender ainda mais
qual é o público-alvo do SUPERA e, dentro do público, os diferentes nichos
existentes dentro do público macro, para entender quais podem ser os futuros
direcionamentos para empenhar esforços de comunicação, marketing e
vendas na hora de dialogar com os clientes.
As
informações contidas no Estudo de Gerações desenvolvido pelo SUPERA são para
ajudar a nortear ações estratégicas para fins de comunicação, marketing,
vendas e fidelização, além de proporcionar para toda a rede maior conhecimento
sobre o público-alvo e suas divisões internas abrangidos pelo Método SUPERA.
O
estudo está disponível para todos da rede que querem – e precisam – entender
melhor sobre as pessoas que pretendem atingir com discursos comerciais e
publicitários da marca com o objetivo de canalizar esforços em atividades que
serão assertivas para o cliente final.
Por
isso, leia o estudo atentamente, converse com suas equipes internas, analisem o
que está sendo feito e o que pode ser mudado para contemplar todas as
necessidades dos alunos e potenciais alunos.
No
Franqueador, o estudo será utilizado como uma nova ferramenta de consulta para
a definição de estratégias a nível nacional ao longo dos próximos meses, mas
isso não isenta a necessidade do conhecimento de todos sobre a informação para
pontuar ações locais, de acordo com as necessidades de cada unidade.
